Tricover FX (mattrasses)
Fully automatic production line. It takes <35s. to wrap a mattress in the interliner. The cover is closed with a longitudinal beam. Mattresses and toppers of different sizes can be covered aotomatically without changing the machine settings. This horizontal machine (3650 x 6500 x 2150 mm) is suitable for all types of comfort foam cores.
It is interoperable with any transport units ex. KSM.
Heynen Systems B.V. supplies the entire automated system, comprising: the Tricover FX machine and the interliner packed in a patented FloWW method for best use.

Tricover DX (pillows)
First pillow encapsulating machine suitable as for standalone operation as a part of a fully automatic production line.
Tricover DX covers standard comfort foam pillows and filling sheets with stockinette / interliner. This ensures a smooth and firm finish and an easy sliding into/out of the pillowcases.
Tricover DX features a modular design, optimized for continuous high output production (<13 seconds/pc) around 60 pcs per FloWW hank. This efficiency is based on the 2 spreaders and an automatic first seal process. The operator only needs to load the left or right spreader with the patented Floww hank, designed for high-speed processing. The streamlined operation ensures ongoing coverage with minimal downtime (15 min. without operator). Its aluminium construction provides a high strength-to-weight ratio, enabling the creation of customized solutions.
Heynen Systems BV provides the entire solution, comprising the machine (Tricover DX) and the fabric (Tricover Tricot).
