The interliner counts many advantages:
Longer lifespan: the knitwear ensures a gliding effect, reducing the friction between comfort foam and outer cover thus, maintaining the functionality of the product for longer (Martindale Wear and Abrasion test*);
Perfect decompression: upon vacuum unpacking, tricot ensures even unfolding of the comfort foam in its outer cover;
Easy removal and re-insertion into the outer cover: upholstery entreprises as well as hotels, hospitals, households can wash the outer cover on mattresses, toppers, pillows etc. gliding it back effortlessly.
Why our stockinette?
Since 1979, we knit in-house single and double jersey stockinette.
Tricover tricot is certified (Oeko-Tex) and sustainable (100% GRS Recycled yarn).
ISO 9001:2015, ensures that the quality control throughout the supply chain is guaranteed.
Our fabric (rPES and PA) is highly elastic (one size fits all), easily applicable on various comfort foam shapes, non-dyed and thus, non-allergic. In contrast to the more classic jerseys, made of cotton and viscose, Tricover stockinette is by its nature more resistant to moisture.
As non-dyed mono-material, the fabric is anti-allergic, making it easy to recycle and circular.
Tricover stockinette is flame retardant (approved Crib 5). Despite not entirely fireproof, it dramatically reduces the risk of ignition which could potentially save lives.
Depending on customer’s preference, Tricover tricot is available in hanks and roll-overs.
The light weight and patented Floww packing of Tricover tricot combined with Tricover machines ensures even spread of the jersey over the foam surface.
With predictable weight per volume calculation it qualifies as the most economical system to date!
